After five years of
experience providing massage therapy to some of
South Africa’s most prestigious
corporate companies, Therapy @ Work now offers a dynamic training
intervention that proactively and experientially teaches participants to better
manage their comfort and wellness in the workplace. The intervention includes:
- An
experiential understanding of how stress affects each individual
- The
link between the body and the mind in terms of health
- The
importance of correct posture, especially for those working at desktops and
computers.
- The
importance of water and nutrition in health. - The mind body link in
terms if illness including HIV
The programme is run at your workplace for duration of four hours. Also included in the programme
is an interactive, information-full CD ROM and the excellent Positive Health
booklet focusing on Living Positively and HIV.
