1. GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED AT
www.fevertree.za.com:
Fevertree.za.com is the online retail & wholesale
trade website for Fevertree Trading cc, trading in herbal products and health
promoting devices. All products offered on this web site are classified as food
supplements or non-scheduled herbal supplements that can purchased freely
without prescription. Fevertree Trading reserves the right not to sell these
products to countries that may have restrictions on the import of such goods.
2. PAYMENT
TYPES AND OPTIONS:
Fevertree Trading accepts credit card payments via the
Internet and does not allow for the acceptance of debit cards (Maestro and VISA
electron). Where customers cannot pay with credit card we accept direct bank
deposits.
3. RETURNS
AND REFUND POLICY: 3.1 Any Internet transaction will be charged back to the
merchant where the card holder submits a written complaint that neither he nor
anyone authorized by him entered into or authorized any such transaction. 3.2
The goods, service or "other things of value" received by the
cardholder or by a person authorized by him, are not as described on the sales
voucher of accompanying support documentation. 3.3 The merchandise, which was
to be sent by air, post, or other means was not received by the cardholder or
by a person authorized by him. 3.4 The goods were broken or not suitable for
the purpose for which it was sold (merchandise defective and the cardholder
tendered the return). 3.5 Transactions can be charged back up to a 180 days
after purchase. 3.6 If goods have not arrived within the designated countries
within 30 days of order confirmation, Fevertree Trading will resend free of
charge.
4. SETTLEMENT, FULFILMENTS AND DELIVERY
POLICY 4.1 Goods are dispatched within 12 hours of receiving confirmed
payment for goods from the buyer, unless a purchase takes place on the weekend
or public holidays in which case goods will be dispatched within 12 hours of
the first working day thereafter. 4.2 Goods will not be dispatched until
payment has been received in full for goods by Fevertree Trading. 4.3 Goods are
dispatched using the South African Postal Service and sent as Registered
Letters or Registered Parcels or alternatively by the use of an appointed courier
service. Bulk orders are facilitated by freight agents - unless a specific
freight agent is appointed by the buyer, Fevertree Trading uses its own
established freight agency. 4.4 Fevertree Trading will process transactions
where permits or any other legal paperwork are required for exports into
foreign countries.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESENDING
GOODS
Fevertree Trading WILL RESEND GOODS WHERE: 5.1 Goods have not arrived within 30
days of order confirmation 5.2 goods are broken or damaged 5.3 goods do not
meet the clients expectations of quality or freshness
6. SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION (CUSTOMER DATA
PRIVACY POLICY) 6.1 SECURITY 6.1.1 Any person that delivers or attempts to
deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized
access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall
be claimed in the event that Fevertree Trading suffers any damage or loss.
6.1.2 The user allows Fevertree Trading to take all reasonable steps to ensure
the integrity and security of the Fevertree Trading site and back-office
applications. 6.2 PRIVACY 6.2.1 Fevertree Trading shall take all
reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. For the purpose
of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed
in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be

6.2.2 Fevertree Trading may electronically collect, store and use the following
personal information of Users: 6.2.2.1 name and surname; 6.2.2.2 country of
residence; 6.2.2.3 closest city; 6.2.2.4 e-mail address; 6.2.2.5 IP address and
6.2.2.6 non-personal browsing habits and click patterns. 6.2.3 Fevertree
Trading collects, stores and uses the abovementioned information for the
following purposes: 6.2.3.1 to greet the User when he/she accesses the
Fevertree Trading web site; 6.2.3.2 to compile non-personal statistical
information about browsing habits, click-patterns and access to the Fevertree
Trading web site 6.2.4 Information detailed above is collected either
electronically by using cookies or is provided voluntarily by the User. Users
may determine cookie use independently through their browser settings 6.2.5 The
User may elect not to receive any communications from Fevertree Trading and/or
its partners / affiliates. 6.2.6 Fevertree Trading may collect, maintain, save,
compile, share, disclose and sell any information collected from users, subject
to the following provisions: 6.2.6.1 Fevertree Trading shall not disclose
personal information from Users unless the User consents thereto; 6.2.6.2
Fevertree Trading shall disclose information without the User's consent only
through due legal process; and 6.2.6.3 Fevertree Trading may compile, use and
share any information that does not relate to any specific individual. 6.2.7
Fevertree Trading owns and retains all rights to non-personal statistical
information collected and compiled by Fevertree Trading.
7. COSTS 7.1 PRICES: 7.1.1 The price
of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or
special offer, the discounted price is displayed. 7.1.2 Prices stated on web
site include taxes and shipping costs 7.1.3 Prices are stated in South African
Rands (ZAR) 7.2 VALUE ADDED TAX: 7.2.1 Value added
tax at the rate of 14% is charged on goods bought by South African residents.
7.2.2 VAT is not payable on international orders.
8. PAYMENT METHODS 8.1 CREDIT CARD
PAYMENTS: In order to ensure that credit card transactions are affected
safely and effectively Fevertree Trading uses VCS � Virtual Card Services to
facilitate all transactions 8.1.1 At the time of placing the order, the
transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorization is obtained
for the amount of the order. 8.1.2 Payment is only collected when the order is
completed and the goods shipped. 8.1.3 Note that to protect it's own and the
interests of customers, Fevertree Trading scrutinizes all transactions very
carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if
Fevertree Trading is not satisfied with it's legitimacy. 8.2.1 At the time of
placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an
authorization is obtained for the amount of the order. 8.2.2 Payment is only
collected when the order is completed and the goods shipped. 8.3
BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:. 8.3.1 If the buyer selects the 'pay via bank deposit'
button, instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into our Standard
Bank account and would it be subject to the following rules: 8.3.1.1 The exact
amount must be paid. 8.3.1.2 The payment must be identified by supplying the
order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the
electronic transfer. 8.3.1.3 No transfers must be made from ATM's. 8.3.1.4
Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period. 8.3.1.5 No bank deposits are
accepted from outside the borders of
South Africa unless authorised by
Fevertree Trading Management 8.3.1.6 Unpaid bank deposit orders are cancelled
after five business days.
9. STOCK AVAILABILITY 9.1 Stocks of
all goods on offer are limited. Fevertree Trading shall take all reasonable
efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Fevertree Trading
shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders at
advertised prices.
10. HEALTH DISCLAIMER 10.1 The products
and the claims made about specific products on or through this site have not
been evaluated by Fevertree Trading and are not approved to diagnose, treat,
cure or prevent disease. The information provided on this site is for
informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from
